At After Dark Treasures, your satisfaction is our ultimate mission. We carefully inspect and pack every order with love (and a little sass), but we know life isn’t perfect. So, here’s how we handle those rare “oops” moments:

🛠️ Defective Products

• If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
• Reach out to us at Brian.AfterDarkTreasures@gmail.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No RMA = No return, no exceptions.
• Once approved, we’ll get you a replacement or return instructions faster than you can say “Where’s my treasure?”

📦 Returned or Refused Orders

• Orders that are returned or refused will be reshipped with an additional shipping charge (hey, the postman doesn’t work for free).
• If your order needs to be restocked, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Think of it as our “restocking elves” fee.

🚚 Damaged Shipments & Shortages

• We ship everything out in excellent condition—but if your box arrives looking like it lost a fight with a grizzly bear, here’s what to do:

1. 1. File a claim immediately with the freight carrier at the time of delivery.
   2. Save the original carton and packaging for inspection. (Yes, even the bubble wrap!)

• Returns cannot be processed without an RMA from us in writing or via email at Brian.AfterDarkTreasures@gmail.com.
