Return Policy

At After Dark Treasures, we want you to love what you order. We also take health, safety, and product integrity seriously—especially with intimate items. That means returns must follow clear guidelines so we can protect customers and resolve issues quickly. 

This policy explains what to do if an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if a shipment is refused/returned.

Important Notes About Returns

Because many of our products are personal and intimate in nature, most items are not eligible for return once opened or used. This is standard practice across the industry for safety and hygiene reasons.

If there is a problem with your order, don’t worry—we’ll help. The key is contacting us quickly and following the steps below.

Defective Products (Manufacturing Defects) 

If you believe you received an item with a manufacturing defect:

RMA Required:
Returns cannot be processed without an approved RMA.
No RMA = no return or replacement. This helps us track issues correctly and make sure you’re taken care of fast.

Once your RMA is approved, we’ll provide next steps. Depending on the situation, that may include replacement instructions or return directions.

Damaged Shipments and Missing Items 

We pack orders carefully, but carriers can be rough sometimes.

If Your Package Arrives Damaged

  • If possible, report the damage to the carrier immediately at delivery
  • Keep the original carton and all packaging (yes, even the padding)
  • Take clear photos of:
    • The shipping label
    • The outer box
    • Any visible damage
    • The item(s) inside

If Something Is Missing (Shortage)

If your order appears incomplete, contact us right away. We’ll verify the shipment details and work with you to resolve it.

RMA still required:
Returns or replacements related to damage or shortages must be approved with an RMA in writing, issued by email.

Returned or Refused Orders 

If an order is returned to us or refused at delivery, the following may apply:

  • Additional shipping charges may be required to reship the package
  • If the order requires restocking, a 20% restocking fee may apply

We recommend double-checking your shipping address and making sure someone can receive the package to avoid delays and extra fees.

  • Photos (if damaged/defective)
