At After Dark Treasures, we ship fast, pack discreetly, and keep the whole process simple. This page explains our processing times, shipping options, tracking, international delivery, and what to do if something goes sideways with a package.

Order Processing Time

Processing Window: 1–24 business hours

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 24 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed late Friday may begin processing the next business day (usually Monday).

Processing time is the time it takes to pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. It is separate from delivery time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping option:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Estimate: 3–5 business days (after processing)
  • Rate: Flat Rate $6.99
  • A reliable option for most customers across the U.S.

Expedited Shipping (Coming Soon)

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–3 business days
  • For when you want it sooner (and who wouldn’t).

Overnight Shipping (Coming Soon)

  • Estimated Delivery: 1 business day
  • For urgent moments when “later” is not good enough.

Important: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, weather, carrier delays, and peak shipping seasons.

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging designed to protect your discretion.

International Shipping 

Yes, we ship internationally.

International delivery time depends on:

  • Destination country
  • Customs processing
  • Local carrier handling

Customs, duties, and taxes:
Some countries may apply import duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Tip: Before ordering internationally, make sure your local laws and import rules allow the items you’re purchasing. We love smooth deliveries—customs usually does not.

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can follow your package from the moment it leaves the warehouse until it arrives at your door.

If you don’t see the tracking email, check your spam/junk folder first.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We work with trusted carriers, but once a package is handed off, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

If Your Package Is Delayed

  • Check your tracking link for updates
  • If it looks stuck or hasn’t moved, contact us and we’ll help you investigate

If Your Package Is Marked Delivered but You Don’t Have It

  • Double-check your delivery address confirmation
  • Look around your property (porch, side door, mailbox area)
  • Check with neighbors or building staff
  • Contact the carrier to open a delivery investigation
